Shipping Information

We are an online shop and do not have a retail storefront. Our warehouse is located in Belmont, Ontario, where we ship, prepare local deliveries, and offer scheduled order pickups.

  • Available in Canada & USA

  • Orders under $199 CAD (pre-tax): shipping calculated at checkout

  • Free shipping on orders over $199 CAD (pre-tax)

Processing Times
Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has been picked up by the courier. (Tip: check your junk/spam folder, as tracking emails can land there.)

If your order contains multiple packages, they may arrive a day or two apart. Please allow time for all packages to be delivered before contacting us.

For Events or Special Occasions
While we pride ourselves on quick turnaround, we recommend placing your order at least 3 weeks in advance if you need it for a specific event.

Store Pickup (Belmont, Ontario)

  • At checkout, you can select Free Belmont Store Pickup and choose your preferred time.

  • We’ll email you a confirmation once your order is ready (typically 1–3 business days).

  • Please wait for this confirmation email before arriving.

Pickup Location:
143 Borden Ave, Belmont, Ontario
(Located in the Belmont Business Park Facility. Look for the yellow door.)

Local Delivery (London, Ontario)

  • Free delivery on orders over $50

  • Deliveries are made on the last Friday of every month between 10am–4pm

Return Policy

All sales are final. At this time, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us right away and provide clear photos so we can assist you.
