Shipping/Delivery/Pickup

At this time, we do not have a storefront as we are a small business working from our home in Belmont, Ontario. (This means, we are the ones behind the scenes fluffing & packaging the items you all love and making sure they get to your home's safely!)  We offer Canada+USA wide shipping, Belmont Curb-side Pickup, and Local London/St Thomas delivery.

 

Shipping Information:

Shipping available within Canada+ USA.  Shipping prices under $175 will be populated at checkout.
Free Shipping on orders over $175

  

Orders are shipped out within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as it's about to be picked up by the courier. (Keep an eye out on your spam/junk inbox as it will often show up there.)
Although we pride ourselves in getting orders out in a timely matter, we ask that you place your order in advance if you are planning to use it for an important event. We suggest a minimum of 4 weeks just to be safe! At this time, courier services are not able to offer a set date of when shipments will arrive due to COVID even if it's being shipped with Priority.
  
 

Porch Pickup Instructions

At checkout you will be presented with the option to choose our Free Belmont Pickup option and schedule a time that you would like to come and get your order. We will send you a confirmation email once your time is confirmed. Orders are typically ready within 24-48 hours with the exception of handmade items. This could take up to 5 business days.

*Please note, we run our business from our home which means there is no storefront.  Your order will be placed in a white pickup bin on our front porch with your invoice attached to it. 
   

Local Delivery Information

(London & St Thomas)

We offer free local deliveries for all orders over $50. Local deliveries go out on Fridays between 12-8pm. An email notification will be sent out 1-2 hrs prior to your delivery. 

 

 

RETURN POLICY 
All sales are final.
At this time, we are not accepting exchanges or returns. If your item has arrived damaged, we ask that you let us know right away and provide clear photos.
