Refund policy
As a small business, we focus on providing only the highest quality items to minimize the need for returns or refunds. However, we do accept returns, at the customer’s expense, for non-seasonal and non-sale items. It’s the customer’s responsibility to cover all shipping costs and ensure the item is securely packaged. Once we receive and inspect the product, a refund or store credit will be issued if it’s deemed resellable. Please contact us directly before returning any items.
If your order arrives damaged due to mishandling during shipping, please notify us within 2 days of delivery. We will initiate a claim with the courier and may request photos of the package in the condition it was received to assist in our investigation.
