Shipping policy

We strive to ship orders within 1-3 business days unless it's a preorder item, which will be processed as soon as it’s back in stock. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days after being picked up by the courier. You will receive an email with your tracking number once it’s on its way. (Be sure to check your spam/junk inbox as it may land there.)

While we do our best to fulfill orders promptly, we recommend placing orders at least 4 weeks in advance for any important events to allow extra time for delivery. Currently, courier services cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, even with Priority shipping.
